PEER-RABEN-MUSIC-AWARD - a new opportunity to score at SoundTrack_Cologne
The PEER-RABEN-MUSIC-AWARD for the best music to a short film will be
awarded for the first time at SoundTrack_Cologne 6.0 in 2009. We ask
all composers with the maximum age of 30 to participate in the
competition and submit film with an original soundtrack.
All short films whose production was completed after 1 January 2008, or
which had their premiere after 1 January 2008, are eligible for
submission. Only films with a maximum duration of 15 minutes, and in any
industry standard format, will be considered. There are no restrictions
regarding country of production, genre, or content. The film music must
mainly have been written for the film. The prize is worth 1.500 euro.
The twelve finalists will present their work to jury and audience at
SoundTrack_Cologne 6.0 and the winner will be announced at the official
gala on 21 November 2009.

regulations as well as in the application form. Entry deadline to join
the competition is the 15th September 2009.
